While we welcome your design preferences and special requests, we cannot guarantee specific flowers or colours. We also do not recreate arrangements exactly as shown in photos or previous orders, ensuring that every bouquet is one of a kind.
Delivery
We deliver Monday through Saturday and offer two delivery windows.
AM Delivery: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
PM Delivery: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Substition Policy
At Ms. H Studio, we are committed to helping you express life's meaningful moments with fresh, beautiful flowers delivered with care.
Due to the seasonal and regional availability of fresh flowers, substitutions may occasionally be necessary. When this happens, we will always use flowers of equal or greater value and make every effort to preserve the overall look and feel of your arrangement, including its style, shape, size, and colour palette.
