While we welcome your design preferences and special requests, we cannot guarantee specific flowers or colours. We also do not recreate arrangements exactly as shown in photos or previous orders, ensuring that every bouquet is one of a kind.
Delivery
We deliver Monday through Saturday and offer two delivery windows.
AM Delivery: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
PM Delivery: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Substition Policy
At Ms. H Studio we are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the “look and feel” of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations.
